1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using JEMP ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
JEMP is an athletic performance training app designed to help users improve their overall athleticism and sports performance.
The App may include:
- Personalized athletic training plans
- Performance assessments and progress tracking
- Mobility, speed, agility, strength, and plyometric training
- Workout recommendations and exercise libraries
- AI-powered training recommendations and features
JEMP is intended for fitness, educational, and performance purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use JEMP. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Accounts and Data
JEMP may use anonymous identifiers and locally stored data to manage app functionality and user progress.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any credentials associated with the Service.
5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
JEMP does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- Physical exercise involves inherent risks
- You should consult a physician before beginning any training program
- You participate in workouts and assessments at your own risk
- JEMP is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the use of the App
The training content is intended for general fitness and athletic development purposes only.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
JEMP offers premium subscriptions that unlock additional features and content.
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
All payments and billing are handled by Apple.
7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
JEMP may offer free trials, discounts, referral promotions, or limited-time subscription offers.
Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, subscriptions automatically convert into paid subscriptions.
Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service
- Share or resell access to premium features
- Use the App in a way that may cause harm to yourself or others
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in JEMP, including its software, branding, training systems, content, and design, remain the exclusive property of JEMP / Leonardo Granetto.
You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
10. Availability and Changes
JEMP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update pricing
- Change subscription offerings
- Restrict access to parts of the Service
without prior notice.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to JEMP if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App from your device.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- JEMP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- JEMP is not responsible for injuries resulting from workouts or training recommendations
- JEMP does not guarantee athletic or performance results
- JEMP is not liable for interruptions or unavailability of the Service
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
